Installation Steps1. Determine the required track length and layout (straight, L-shape or U-shape) from your bay floor plan.
2. Mark ceiling anchor points at 500–600 mm intervals along the planned track route.
3. Install ceiling anchors (supplied) into structural ceiling or ceiling grid.
4. Attach suspension rods (supplied) to ceiling anchors and set to the required drop height.
5. Connect track sections using joining connectors; form L or U bends using the included corner connectors.
6. Thread carrier hooks onto the track before fitting end caps.
7. Fit end caps to both ends of the assembled track to retain carriers.
8. Hang hospital curtains by threading the mesh header eyelet hooks onto the carrier hooks.
9. Slide curtains along the full track length to confirm smooth, snag-free operation.
10. Adjust suspension rod heights if fine-tuning of curtain drop is needed.
