Professional Manufacturer of Stainless Steel Tactile Paving & Indicators
Jincheng's Stainless Steel Tactile Studs are individual raised dome indicators used to create hazard warning zones on floor surfaces for visually impaired pedestrians. Unlike full tactile paving tiles, individual tactile studs are embedded or adhesive-fixed into an existing floor surface in a defined grid pattern — providing a flexible, minimally invasive solution for installing TGSI warning indicators without replacing or overlaying the existing floor finish.
Manufactured from premium SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel using one-piece stamping technology, Jincheng tactile studs are available in five surface finish variants: checker diamond, plain flat, ring grooved, carborundum insert and rubber/PU insert. Each finish option provides a different combination of anti-slip performance, visual contrast and tactile detectability, allowing the correct specification for each project environment.
Tactile studs are used to mark hazard warning zones at platform edges, the top and bottom of stairways, the head of curb ramps, pedestrian crossing approach zones and any location where a visually impaired pedestrian needs to be alerted to a change in surface condition or approaching hazard.
