The calcium silicate base is inherently non-combustible, achieving Class A fire rating (the highest category for interior wall materials) without the use of added fire retardant chemicals. The UV-cured surface is factory-applied as an integral part of the panel structure — it does not use adhesives or laminates that can delaminate over time in humid or high-traffic environments. The result is a smooth, seamless surface that resists bacterial adhesion, wipes clean with standard hospital cleaning agents, and retains its color and finish over the service life of the installation.
