1. Surface Preparation

Before installation, ensure the substrate wall is clean, dry, smooth, and structurally sound.
• Sand the wall with abrasive paper or apply a suitable primer to enhance adhesive bonding.
• The wall must meet flatness requirements: unevenness should be less than 2 mm within a 2-meter straightedge range.
Proper surface preparation ensures long-term adhesion and prevents panel deformation.

2. Accessory Installation & Adhesive Application

Install all required VS Series accessories—end trims, joint trims, inside corner profiles, etc.—onto the panel before mounting it on the wall.

Next, apply the recommended adhesive using a trowel:
• Spread adhesive both on the back of the VS wall panel and on the substrate wall surface.
• Ensure full-coverage application for optimal bonding strength.

3. Panel Positioning & Alignment

Align the prepared VS Series panel (together with its accessories) with the pre-measured installation line.

During installation:
• Use a plumb line and level line to maintain vertical and horizontal accuracy.
• Carefully press the panel onto the wall to match the predetermined layout and ensure seamless alignment.

4. Rolling & Final Bonding

Once the panel is fixed to the wall, use a heavy-duty roller to press firmly across the entire surface:
• Start from the center of the panel
• Roll outward toward the top, bottom, and edges

This process ensures:
• Full contact between panel and wall
• Removal of trapped air bubbles
• Enhanced surface flatness
• Strong, permanent adhesion
