Installation Instructions
Use proper electric tools during installation. For concrete walls, use an impact drill; for fixing screws, use an electric screwdriver.
For thin wall surfaces or plasterboard, install on a steel frame or use expansion anchors for reinforcement.
The optimal installation height of the wall protection handrail is 60–80 cm from the floor.
When drilling on cement walls, use a 10 mm drill bit; for tile surfaces, use a ceramic or triangular drill bit to prevent cracks.
Drill holes with a depth of approximately 40 mm and a distance between holes of 100 mm, then insert expansion sleeves (Ø10 mm) and use self-tapping screws (6×25 mm) for fastening.
Maintenance & Care
Cleaning & Maintenance
The PVC hospital handrail surface is coated with an antibacterial layer. Clean regularly with a soft cloth.
For stains or residue, use diluted detergent or mild soap water, then wipe dry with a damp cloth.
Caution
Avoid strong chemical cleaners or abrasive powders — they may damage the antibacterial and anodized coating of the handrail.
Step-by-Step Installation Procedure
1.Measure 2 cm from the aluminum edge and mark the position.
2.Drill a hole at the marked location using a 6 mm drill bit.
3.Keep a 10 mm distance between adjacent screw holes.
4.Mark the corresponding wall height (60–80 cm from floor).
5.Drill holes on the wall according to the marked positions.
6.Install the end cap onto the aluminum support rail.
7.Draw the installation line along the corridor wall for alignment.
8.Double-check the alignment and mark the fixing points clearly.
9.Drill wall holes and insert plastic anchors securely.
